Reflections of Life
On the morning of October 23, 2012, our husband, father, and pastor were visited by an angel of peace and saw fit to travel on alone with him. Pastor Stephen Anthony Hayes was born November 12, 1963 to the union of Reatt Hayes and Bessie M. Epps Hayes.
He later relocated to Louisiana in 1990 and to Arkansas in 1993. In 2000 he united in holy matrimony to Ida Mae Jones Hayes.
In 2005 he started The Blood Jesus Christ Ministries and Pastored there until he took his walk onto heaven’s highway. A True Man Of God is what he became and spread the word of the Lord to many people near and far. You can now find him on the right side of God with Jesus faithful to Lord and remained until he left his body of flesh because he was faithful.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Bessie M. Hayes; two sisters: Cora Swift and Sarah Hayes and one grandchild: C.J.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife and partner in life: First Lady Ida Mae Hayes of Stephens, AR his father Reat Hayes of Sarepta, LA; four daughters: Kiajuana Beasley-Hayes (Frederick Curley, Jr.) of El Dorado, AR, Stephanie Hayes, Tiffanie Hayes and Tiffany Riley all of Saginaw, MI.; two sons: Stephen Hayes, Jr. of Saginaw, MI and Stephan Redick (Tiffanie Thomas) of Stephens, AR three stepsons: Michael Torrence of Kansas City, Kansas; David Torrence of Seattle, WA and Dennis Torrence of Atlantic, GA; fifteen grandchildren; one sister: Betty Mays of Cullen, LA; two brothers: Richard Hayes of Cullen, LA and R.T. Hayes of Saginaw, MI and a host of nieces and nephews, his congregation and other relatives and friends.
