There have been many times this family have gathered for different occasions, and we all were so happy and this one should be no different because we are here to celebrate Wayne’s life and the precious memories he leaves with his friends and family. Wayne was always the center of attention and enjoyed his life to the fullest.
Robert “Wayne Porchia was born to Robert Lee and Julia Kate Porchia on August 26, 1961. Wayne departed this life at his home in Muskegon Heights, MI. Wayne joined the Mt.Olive Baptist church at an Early age. He was a 1981 graduate of Stephens High School. Wayne also served in the military from 1982 to 1985.
He was proceeded in death by his step-father Amos Gantt Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories: both parents: Robert and Julia Porchia. Two Brothers: Cedric Porchia (Joyce) and Calvin Porchia, both of Muskegon Heights, MI. Three Sisters: Patricia “Pat” Porchia of Camden AR, Cynthia Coleman & Juliette “Teda” Porchia both of Muskegon Heights, MI & His only son: Eric Curtz and Six grand-children that he cherished.
He also leaves a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends
