Obituary
Phillip “Little Chief” Williams was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 22, 1954 to Earnest and Mordell Brown Williams.
Phillip moved to Magnolia, Arkansas at a very early age where he finished high school at Columbia High.
His parents, Earnest Williams and Mordell Williams: grandparents: Elijah (Chief), Sr. and Cathryn Brown preceded him in death.
Those keeping his memory alive include his twin sister: Phyllis Adams and husband: Eddie Adams; two aunts: Mae C. Shaw and Olyvia Green; one uncle Elijah Brown, Jr. and a host of relatives and friends.
