Morgan "Rev" Jones began this early life on December 20, 1945 and was taken to his heavenly home on Saturday, August 10, 2013. Morgan was the sixth child born to the late Fred and Glen Jones.
Morgan professed his faith in Christ as a youngster and united with the St. Stephens Baptist Church, where he remained until his death. He was active in sports while in high school. He later coached Pee-Wee Basketball at Stephens Elementary School. Volunteering and helping others was a joy for him.
Morgan was united in the Holy Matrimony to Margaret Todd to this union three children was born. His parents and three siblings (Mabel Jean Sanders, Freddine Flowers and Harold Jones) preceded in him death.
Morgan leaves the following love ones to cherish his memories: his loving devoted wife of 45 years: Margaret Ann Jones of Stephens, AR; daughter: Cowanza Jones of Stephens, AR; two sons: Morgan Levance Jones of El Dorado, AR and Eric Jones of Stephens, AR; two grandchildren: Treyus Martin and CheDaidre Jones and who he loved dearly, he also leaves three sisters: Linda Morgan, Janie Morgan and Glendean (Henry) Zackery all of Stephens, AR; one brother: Willie Jones of Stephens, AR; one aunt: Addie Box; one uncle: Bernice McKinney also of Stephens, AR and host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
