Obituary

On July 1, 1925, Minnie Mae Taylor-Fleming, fondly known as "Scase" was born to John and Minnie Lee Taylor-Nee Marcus in Haynesville, Louisiana.  She accepted Christ at and early age at Ward Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church located in Haynesville, Louisiana and she attended school in the Haynesville School System.

Minnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Walter Fleming; her children: Walter Fleming Jr., Lavelle Cooper, Shelia M. Fleming, Paul R. Fleming, granddaughter: Danielle Fleming and a great-granddaughter: Constance Fleming.

Those left to cherish her memory are her four daughters: Linda Taylor of Springhill, LA; Elizabeth Taylor of Cullen, LA; Mary L. Turner (Trozzie) of Magnolia, AR and Barbara J. Fleming (Billy) of Louisville, KY and two sons: Ben Fleming (Betty) of Panama Beach, FL and John M. Fleming of Eldorado, AR.  Furthermore,  her memory will live on through her 20 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.

In addition, grandmother's special granddaughters are D. Nicole Frazier, D. Rochelle Turner, Teressa Turner-Morgan, Courtney Turner, Diondra Turner, and La Toya M. Turner-Henry.  Her loving cousins: Ruby L. Turner of Hot Springs, AR.,  Willie M. Presley and Irissie Taylor-Thomas of Cullen, LA and Ruby Maxie-Hays of Omaha, NE and a host of other relatives and friends.
