Lillian Robinson Green was born on June 20, 1926, to the late Rosie Sanders Robinson and the late Willie Robinson. She departed this life on March 17, 2017, at Wadley Medical Hospital in Hope, Arkansas.

She united with Rocky Mount Baptist Church at an early age. She later devoted and rededicated her life to Christ with Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. She was a faithful member until her health failed.

During her working years, she was employed with Shanhouse, a caregiver for the Yowell family, and she worked at the J. Johnston Group Living Center. 

Her favorite pastime was cooking for the entire community. Some of her preferred dishes included cabbage, spaghetti, and pound cake. She also loved to fish.

She was married to the late Luther Green, Sr. and, to this union, seven children were born.

She was preceded in death by both parents; her husband, Luther Green, Sr., five children, Marie Wesson, Effie Radford, Luther Green, Jr., Curtis Green, and Billy Joe Green; two son-in-laws, John Wesson and Eddie D. Radford; and nine siblings. 

Precious memories of her will be cherished by her two children, Betty (Charles, Sr.) Williams and Billy D. Green; daughter-in-law, Nevling Green; sister, Dorothy Paschal; special niece, Gladys Wesson,14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 19 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
