Obituary
Letha Mae Snell was born on June 13, 1933 to the late Lonnie and Kathleen Hampton in Village Arkansas. She was called to her heavenly home on September 30, 2013 at Lifetouch Hospice in Eldorado, Arkansas.
Letha was united in Holy Matrimony to the late L.P. Snell; to this union seven children were born. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She was a faithful Christian member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church for many years until her health began to fail. Letha was a kind, loving, and caring woman who will be missed dearly.
Letha was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, and two grandchildren. Those left to cherish her memories are three daughters: Catherine Harris, Burlene Easter, and Mershell Snell, all of Magnolia; four sons: L.C. Snell, Elmer Snell, Cornelius (Sonya) Snell, all of Magnolia and David (Tabitha) Snell of Little Rock, AR; eighteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren; Aunt: Mae Lee Johnson; and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
