Obituary
John Edward Green was born December 12, 1947 to the late James Green and the late Odessa Young Green. He departed his life and was called home January 5, 2010.
John Green professed a hope and faith in Jesus Christ at an early age. He united with the New Zion Missionary Baptist Church of Magnolia, Arkansas. He attended Walker High School of Magnolia, Arkansas. He was employed at Dope Barnes Well Service of Magnolia, Arkansas for several years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. James Green, his mother Odessa Young Green and his brother James Green, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories (1) daughter, Melissa Ann Sears of Magnolia, Arkansas, (2) sons; Carl ( Starlett) Green of Hurdle Mills, North Carolina and Kerry (Darlene) Green of Magnolia, Arkansas; (2) sisters Annie Laura Chappel of Magnolia, Arkansas and Mary Ray of Houston, Texas, (8) grandchildren Damian Sears, Akili Stewart, Chelsea Green, Shashana Green, Kevin Critton, Jr, Christopher Malone, Emari Green and Kiara Green, (1) great grandson, a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a very special friend Helen McDaniel.
