                Obituary
James Edgar Muldrow was born in Nevada County, Arkansas July 10, 1950 to the late Ezra V. and Myrtle D. Muldrow. James was the youngest of eight children; three preceded him in death: Elizabeth Ann, John Calvin and Ethel Lee Brown.

James accepted Christ at an early age at St. Peter AME Church in Willisville, Arkansas where he remained a member until his death.

James loved to fish, hunt and play his guitar. He was affectionately known to friends and family as "Geek." Every child that came in contact with James fell in love with him. He had that special gift that drew children close to him.

James leaves to cherish his memory: two (2) children: Yolonda (Lawrence) Hildreth of Rowlett, TX and James Muldrow Jr. of Rosston, Arkansas; four (4) siblings: Waverlene Matlock of Las Vegas, NV; Ivory Jordan of Lansing, IL; Robert (Wanda) Muldrow of Hope, AR and Clarence (Wanda) Muldrow of Texarkana, AR; two (2) special nieces: Cynithia Muldrow and Tomeka (Andre) Williams of Rosston, AR; one (1) special great niece: Regina (Stacy) Jackson of Magnolia, AR and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Miss Me, But Let Me Go

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little–but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me–but let me go.
For this is a journey that we all must take
 And each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.
Miss me, but Let me go.
