Obituary
Mr. James "Sonny" Alexander, Jr., son of the late Mr. James, Sr. and Mrs. Eunice Mae Alexander departed his earthly home Thursday, June 20, 2013 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents: Jim and Alice McBride; one sister: Gloria Alexander and one brother: Lewis Alexander; two aunts: Bobbie McBride and Renell Beck and one uncle: Alvin (A.D. McBride) Don McBride, Sr.
He was a former member of New Union Baptist Church and later joined Good Hope Baptist Church under Pastor Bruce Porchia. He was well known and liked in the community, especially during basketball season. He was a devoted Roadrunner fan!
He leaves to mourn his passing: (2) two sisters: Dorothy Hunt of Dallas, TX and Nettie Alexander-Williams of Cleveland, OH; (2) two brothers: Mr. Harvey Alexander of Stephens, AR and Elsor Alexander of Cleveland, OH; (1) one aunt Alice Mae Jones of Stephens, AR; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
