Obituary

​Gladys Hubbard Hughey passed away peacefully on August 03, 2019 at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, Arkansas. She was born April 10, 1930 in Stephens, Arkansas. The daughter of late Eugene Hubbard and Ezell Dennis Hubbard 
and second mother Ophelia Jones Hubbard.

Gladys accepted Christ as her personal Savior at a early age and united with Harrison Chapel Baptist Church in Waterloo, Arkansas. Gladys was devoted, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who loved and supported her family.

Gladys was united in holy matrimony to the late Odie Hughey and to this union three (3) children was born. (Son) late Theodis Hughey.

Survivors (2) daughters, Chasia Hughey Morehead of Stephens, Arkansas. Mary Ellen Hughey (Shaffer) Smith of Camden, Arkansas granddaughter Vivian L. Morehead (Emmanel) Okanume of Little Rock, Arkansas, grandson: Marcus Andres Smith of Camden, AR, great grands Amalachuwu Okanume, Tobechukwu Okanume and Kenechukwu Okanume all of Little Rock, Arkansas and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, close friends: Loran Wade and Ann (Billy) Green of Camden, Arkansas.
