Obituary


 

Georgia Mae Roach was born February 15, 1959, to the late Sampson and Lossie Mae Roach in Magnolia, Arkansas. She departed this earthly life on Monday, August 14, 2017, at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR.. 

 

Georgia united with Mt. Israel CME Church in Atlanta , AR at an early age. In her adult life she attended Greater Harvest Church Of God in Christ and First Baptist Church of Calhoun Heights in Magnolia. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, Sampson and Lossie Mae Roach; Maternal and Paternal Grandparents; Sister, Mary Lee Roach ; Brother, Billy Roach; and Nephew, Damon "Scooter" Jones.

 

She leaves to cherish her memories: Son, Justin Moody of Magnolia, AR; (2) Sisters, Bobbie Lois Roach, Lena (John) Grissom all of Magnolia; Brother, Sampson Roach, JR. of Magnolia; (2) Aunts, Fannie Scott of Magnolia, Francis Warren of Dallas, TX; Special Nieces and Nephew, Barbara (Coltis) Hamilton, LaToyer Dismuke, Torio Griffin all of Magnolia, Tameka (Curley) White of Winnsboro, LA, and Brandy Roach of Dallas, TX; Special Cousins, Pearl Lambert, Mattie Scott, and Lizzie Cade of Magnolia; Special Friends, Deloris Blackmon, Pam Blake, and Joetta Brewer; (16) great nieces and nephews, (5) great great nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.
