Reflection



Ervin “Billy” Moss was born May 14, 1937 in McNeil, Arkansas to the parentage of Alvin and Sallie Moss. 

Ervin received his education in the McNeil school system. He confessed Christ at an early age. Billy as everyone knew him was a very hard worker. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad Company for 25 years. After retiring, Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing dominoes and cards.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Alvin and Sallie Moss, one daughter: Sarah Jean Kelly, two brothers, one sister and a granddaughter.

Billy was married to the late Christine Moss. To this union four children were born: Cynthia, Sherdia, James and Ervin Kelso Moss. In 2009, he married Mirrie Lambert Moss.

He leaves to cherish his memories: six (6) children: Cynthia Moss, Sherdia Moss, James (Patricia) Moss all of Cleveland, Ohio, Ervin Kelso Moss of Waldo, AR, Nikki and Joyce Marshall of Athens, TX. Three (3) step-children: Tracey Cornelious, Sharon Johnson, and Neosha Easter all of Waldo, AR. Eighteen (18) grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Two (2) special friends: Winston Murphy and San Haynes.
