Reflections of the Wonderful Days and Life
Of
     Emmer “Verge” Robinson

Mrs. Emmer Robinson was born January 7, 1917 to the late Rich and Mattie Eason Foster. She was the oldest of ten children. Sister Robinson departed this life on March 1, 2012.

At an early age she accepted Christ as her Savior when she joined New Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Sandford. She was united in holy matrimony to the late Marcellous Robinson in 1939. No children were born from this union. She was a very devoted wife, mother and sister to her family. She was a servant for Christ as she served as the Dues Captain at New Zion for many years.

She is preceded in death by three brothers Charles Foster, Willie James Foster and Minor Foster, two sisters; Bobby Sears and Marzell Walters, a step -daughter Earlean Copeland and step- son Arthur Robinson, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories one step-son P.J. Robinson of Akron, Ohio, a brother Felton (Dorothy) Foster , three sisters; Vernell (Willie) Ellis, Georgia McBride and Jessie (Roosevelt) West all of Magnolia, Arkansas, and a host of grandchildren, great-grands, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
