Brother Douglas Edward Harper was born August 22, 1967, to Eula Faye Cooper and Lee Edward Harper.  He departed this life on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at his mother's home.

Douglas received his education at Magnolia High School.  He joined St. Luke Baptist Church at an early age, where he remained a member until his death.  He was preceded in death by two sisters: Anita Harper and Tamika Jones.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories: Mother: Eula Faye Cooper-McDaniel (Terry) of Magnolia, Arkansas; Father: Lee Edward Harper of Dallas, TX; one daughter: Shunvan Harper of Magnolia, AR one son: Douglas Harper; two grandchildren: Armello Blanks and Kamiya Armstrong of Magnolia, Arkansas; one grandmother: Pearlie Neal of Las Vegas, Nevada; one Step-grandmother: Lula Mae McDaniel of Magnolia, AR; five sisters: Jackie Harper, MaShala Runyon and Lisa Neal all of Magnolia, Arkansas, Teresa Neal and Leslie Harper both of Dallas, Texas; seven step-sisters: Jackie Jones, Angie Hill, Kim Brown, Sherry McDaniel, Crystal McDaniel, Trudy McDaniel and Linda McDaniel all of Magnolia, Arkansas five brothers: Tony Neal, Larry Dale Neal, Bobby Charles Neal and Stevie Harper all of Dallas, Texas and LaMarcus Marshall of Magnolia, Arkansas; three step-brothers: Freddie Brown Jr., Kevin Brown and Marcus McDaniel all of Magnolia, Arkansas a special nephew from beginning to the end: Anthony Harper; a special cousin: Jeanette Moddies; a special friend: Sonya Young; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
