Obituary
Damon (Scooter) Derrell Jones was born September 18, 1979 to the late Mary Lee Roach and the late Dale Jones in Magnolia, Arkansas. He departed this earthly life on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, TX.
Damon united with First Baptist Church of Calhoun Heights in Magnolia at an early age under the direction of the late Dr. Phil Sharp. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Mary Lee Roach and Dale Jones; Grandparents, Lossie and Sampson Roach and Frances Jones; and one uncle: Billy Roach.
He leaves to cherish his memories: (3) Sons: Noah Jones of Conway, AR, Kenterrius (NuNu) Cooper of Texarkana, AR, and Kaleb Jones of Magnolia, AR; (1) daughter: Ranaiya Kirkindoff of Magnolia, AR; (3) Brothers: Anthony Jamerson, Eric Jones and Patrick Jamerson, all of Magnolia, AR; (1) sister: Magan Jamerson of Magnolia, AR; (5) aunts: Fannie Scott, Bobbie Roach, Lena (John) Grissom, Georgia Roach, and Barbara Jones-Cooper all of Magnolia, AR; (2) uncles: Sampson Roach, Jr., and Tracey Jones of Magnolia, AR; special cousins: Barbara (Cotis) Cooper-HAmilton, Torio Griffin, Latoyer (Roderick) Dismuke, and Justin Moody all of Magnolia, AR. Tomeka (Curley) White of Winnsboro, LA, Kelvin (Starla) Miles and Brandy Roach of Dallas, TX; best friend: Kwesi Morgan of Colorado Springs, CO; a very special friend: Sherry Smith of Magnolia, AR; (2) nephews, (1) niece and a host of cousins and friends.
