Obituary

Coy Watson was born, August 7, 1942, in Magnolia, Arkansas to the Parentage of the late Thurman and Josephine Beasley Watson. God called him home in the early morning of August 21, 2016.

At an early age, he joined the Mt. Olive Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. J. A. Aubrey.
He attended Columbia High School in Magnolia, Arkansas. He worked various positions during his lifetime. Those of which included Shanhouse, Alumax, American Van Lines and cooked at Southern State College of Magnolia, AR.

He was united in matrimony on September 16, 1961 to Laura Jean Green. To this union four children were born. 
 He was preceded in death by his parents, Two brothers: Ray Witcher and Troy Watson (His twin brother); one sister: Mae Francis Easter. 

He leaves to cherish his memories; One Son: Thurman (Juanita) Watson of Magnolia, AR; Three Daughters: Gwen (Billy) Wyrick, Pam Robins of Magnolia, AR, and Ginger Watson of Baton Rouge, LA; Seven Grandchildren: Jeremy, Samuel Coy, Tyler, Jared, Stedmon, April, and Mallorie; One great grandson: Carson Watson; A special nephew who was just like a son: Douglas Easter of Magnolia, AR; A special Caregiver: Marie Scarber of Magnolia, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
