Obituary
On November 30, 2012 God sent an angel to take our beloved one, Christene Easter home to rest. She passed away peacefully at the place she loved to be the most, at home, in Emerson, AR.
Christene was born to the late Tim and Alberta Rone in Magnolia, Arkansas on December 19, 1936. In November of 1961 she was united in marriage to Henry Lee Easter, to this union, two sons were born. She became a member of the Mt. Israel C.M.E. Church at an early age.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters: Jesse Johnson, Annie Aubrey, Corine Jones, Louise Critton and Ollie Hardwell; four brothers: Cornell Rone, Lonzell Rone, Arthur Lee Rone and Howard Johnson.
She leaves her cherished memories of love to her soul mate and loving husband: Henry Lee Easter; two sons: Lee (Sandy) Easter, Jr. and Kenneth Easter both of Emerson, AR; two sisters: Willie Lee (Raymond) Smith and Gracie Mae (Bobby Joe) Hardin both of Magnolia, AR; one brother: Donell (Faye) Rone of Magnolia, AR; one grandson: Di Angelo (Stacy) Hardwell; five step grandchildren; five great grand children; one great-great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
