Obituary
Billy (Bill) Ray Parker was born August 2, 1950 to the late S.J. Parker and Lizzie Mae Parker.
He received his education at Columbia High School graduating with the class of 1968.
He was Honorably discharged from the Navy after two years of service 1968-1970.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Barbara Ann Turner, Almeda Campbell and grandson James (Roady) Cooper Jr.
Bill is survived by his children Marlon Turner of Baltimore MD, Billy Jean Parker of Magnolia Arkansas, siblings Charles Parker of Texarkana TX, Samuel James (Jr) Parker of Magnolia AR, James Paul Brewer (Sophie) of Longview TX, and Ronnie Parker (Michelle) of Seattle WA, lifelong friend of over 45 years Mary Jane Rowe of Magnolia AR and her children Cedric Rowe (Doris) of New Orleans, LA, Aldric Wayne Rowe (Tonya) of Dallas TX and Jacquelyn Willis (Joseph) of Magnolia AR, 6 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday September 8, 2018 11AM at Marks Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia AR. Officiating Rev. Ronnie G. Parker
