Obituary
Bernice “Son” McKinney was born on December 12, 1925 in Nevada County to the Late Ethel McKinney and Rosie Lee Coffeman McKinney. He was the second Eldest of ten children.
He was a member of Stephens Church of Christ in Stephens, AR. He attended church until his health failed.
He was united in holy matrimony to Catherine Hamilton; to this union no children were born.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; three brothers: Ranson, Ezra and Jimmy McKinney; and two(2) sister: Vera Craven and Verna Elliott.
He leaves to cherish his memories: three (3) daughters: Doris Sydney of Los Angeles, CA; Ola M. Early of Avondale, AZ and Rose M. Colbert of Litchfield Park, AZ.; one step-daughter: Bobbie J. Roy of Waldo, AR; three (3) brothers: Isaac McKinney, Tommy McKinney (Mary), and Felton McKinney (Eddie Mae); one (1) sister: Mattie Moss of Magnolia, AR., several grand and great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
