Bro. Anderson Dockery was born October 08, 1928 to the late Elazadie Latin Dockery and Timothy Dockery in Waldo, AR. He departed this earthly life on March 12, 2018 at Magnolia Regional Medical Center.
He received his education at Nevada County Training School. He was employed by Arnold Baker Chevrolet for many years; then at Magnolia Public Schools for many years til 2017.
He united with Clevet Springs Baptist Church at an early age. After marring and moving to Magnolia, AR, he united at First Baptist Church of Magnolia until the passing of Pastor P.B. Sharp. Then he united with Bethany Baptist Church of McNeil under the leadership of Rev. Rickey Joe.
He married Austene Rose on July 25, 1960. They were married for 52years.
He leaves to cherish his memories: One son: Roy Green of Phoenix, AZ
Two daughters: Marie Dockery and Elena Dockery both of Magnolia, AR
One sister: Olivia Johnson of Waldo, AR
2 special cousins: Howard Berry and Joyce Payne
Four grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, two nieces, 4 grand nephews, 1 grandniece and a host of great nieces and nephews and beloved relatives and friends.
