Obituary
Angela Ivette Curry was born in Magnolia, Arkansas on August 8, 1962 to Dorothy Lee and the late Bobby Curry. She was the oldest of four children, one preceded her in death, Nikki Elaine.
On Monday, February 7, 2011, she was called home to rest. She departed this life at her home in El Dorado, Arkansas.
She united with New Bethel A.M. E. church under the leadership of Rev. T. W. Adair at an early age. She later moved to El Dorado and united with Zion Watch Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Donald Dredd. Angela loved her church family dearly.
She was a 1980 graduate of Waldo High School. After graduation from high school, she moved to Detroit, Michigan and attended Wayne State University.
She leaves to cherish her memory: A loving and devoted son, Jeremiah Lemar Curry, A wonderful mother, Dorothy Lee, of Waldo, AR; Three sisters, Barbara Curry-Phillips (Guy) of Little Rock, AR, Lynsandra Curry of Waldo, AR and Ruthie Curry-White of ElDorado, AR; One brother, Eric Curry; Five nieces and one nephew. Two special cousins, DeLois King of Dallas, TX and Billie Suber of Grand Rapids, MI; One aunt and two uncles. One very special friend and church member, Mrs. Bobbie Pierce.
